Ohio emerges as a lucrative hub for tech infrastructures, courtesy of its favorable tax exemptions for data center equipment and a climate conducive to manageable cooling requirements. This geographical positioning enhances the appeal, drawing cloud, social media, and tech conglomerates to the region, thereby creating a tech nexus between developed data center hubs like Atlanta, Chicago, and Northern Virginia.
